They changed it twice while there in an 8 month period was rather over priced for what you got
I worked full time and I was still considered a part time employee. Was offered no benefits except a 41k
We get free food and closing with your co workers is always nice when you like them , fast pace environment so you gotta keep up but its a nice first starting out job.
Insurance would be either to costly or undervalued for the individual being at a restaurant location. It really only benefit cooks and management. Not cashiers, food runners and key holder employees.
They were very flexible when time off was needed and as long as I gave time in advance then I was usually able to get a required day off
Not many benefits, if anything there was half off food for employees during a shift, and 25% off when not working.
Very low pay for servers. Minimal tips depending on the location. Not much room for raises or promotion. I don't reccomend.
