Penn has a good package. As is all companies they have converted to a HSA world but have been more than fair in the transition for their employees. They offer a good Eye and Dental supplement. 401K matching is good. Bonus program changes year to year but has been good regardless.
The medical insurance costs are astronomical.

The annual bonus is pretty much a foregone conclusion. You know you are going to get it; the question is just what the percentage of target will be. I've seen above 100% of my target each of the 5 years I've been at the company.
Penn Mutual has a great health insurance benefits. They give you the ability to choose between three different plans. Also have a good 401k match.
Horrible health insurance package that has such a high deductible, I can't afford to use it. Dental is expensive too. The only good thing is the employer-paid life insurance.
