Unable to receive benefits without being full time. Full time benefits are amazing though.
It is very frustrating hoping for a full-time position. there are several part-time positions and few full-time openings. if you are part-time there are few benefits available. NO MEDICAL (although if you are just a little sick and only need a quick trip to see a doctor they have an on-site doctors office. This is a great benefit, but if something is wrong that requires further follow-up your out of luck.
The benefits package is good at Penn College, especially the retirement plan and leave plan.
Health Insurance deducible getting higher. Lots of little perks but pretty consistent with other similar organizations.
