Extremely good health insurance offerings. The company makes a very generous contribution to your HSA if you participate in the High Deductible Health Plan. There is also a very robust Wellness program that gives you access to a variety of perks and discounts.
Pros: It has cafeteria to provide breakfast and lunch at the company site, but the employees have to pay each month. Cons: Only have 3 sick days at the first year, and then give you 6 sick days on your anniversary day for the whole year. Only two weeks PTO, and each one day off on certain holiday, e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor day. etc.
The 401k is good. They allow you to contribute fairly soon after your hired.
They offer a great 401k and have Dental, Vison and PPO Medical insurance.
Decent benefits including BCBS and 401K. HR could improve with their responsiveness to inquiries.
The paid time off allotment is horrible. Two weeks vacation per year and 6 days sick time. Not competitive with the industry at all.
Health insurance is great if you are single, but if you have a spouse & or children it is VERY expensive. As of 2018 all plan have deductibles of $1,000 + (they no longer offer HMO option)
Extremely expensive, high deductibles - not the best package you'll find. Very difficult to pay for with low salary and no raise or bonuses
Offers medical but not affordable for the whole family. Would be nice to work on larger bonuses based on performance.
Insurance starts 30 days after a full month of service.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
