Health care insurance (e.g., medical, dental): 40% Vacation/paid time off: 37% Performance bonus: 35% Paid sick days: 32% 401(k) plan, retirement plan and/or pension: 31%
Excellent benefits and a 401k with employer match.
When insurance costs went up the company did away with the HMO option, so the only available options are PPO or HSA.
Pros: It has cafeteria to provide breakfast and lunch at the company site, but the employees have to pay each month. Cons: Only have 3 sick days at the first year, and then give you 6 sick days on your anniversary day for the whole year. Only two weeks PTO, and each one day off on certain holiday, e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor day. etc.
The 401k is good. They allow you to contribute fairly soon after your hired.
They offer a great 401k and have Dental, Vison and PPO Medical insurance.
Decent benefits including BCBS and 401K. HR could improve with their responsiveness to inquiries.
The paid time off allotment is horrible. Two weeks vacation per year and 6 days sick time. Not competitive with the industry at all.
Health insurance is great if you are single, but if you have a spouse & or children it is VERY expensive. As of 2018 all plan have deductibles of $1,000 + (they no longer offer HMO option)
Extremely expensive, high deductibles - not the best package you'll find. Very difficult to pay for with low salary and no raise or bonuses
