PMC's benefits continue to get better as the company grows - they have recently announced rolling out zero coverage costs for healthcare for all employees and their families. They also offer plenty of PTO which you can use as you want (sick, vacay, personal etc.) There is a 401-k match, reduced costs for coverage for your home, car or pets and a generous maternity leave plan that me and my family really appreciated. I also really appreciate the time off for volunteering AND the donation match you can do. Right now the company is hybrid - at home and at office work, with a lot of flexibility for different situations. Cafe snacks are also great!
Still has a ways to go but has improved quite a bit over the last few years and they are clearly focused on continuing to improve benefits package.
Best thing: They will soon roll out no-premium healthcare. PMC will pay the full cost of the medical coverage for you and your eligible dependents. Great office space with great drink and snack options as perks. Worst thing: No bonus incentives except the sales side. No performance review systems to discuss salary increases yearly. No review system for upper level peers or management.
