Company offers full benefits, 401K, PTO.
OMC offers amazing maternity leave benefits!
Benefits have declined over time.
Halloween party, company picnic and snacks in the kitchen are all nice perks. However, insurance continues to increase substantially every year and they don't match on our 401K. I would like to see sick days reinstated as the move to PTO just encourages people to come to work sick.
High deductibles and strict PTO requests. 14 days. No 401K match, not bonus benefits. No Christmas party nor other outings.
Relatively expensive monthly rate for health coverage for pretty terrible insurance. High deductible and a VERY high expenses for co-pays.
Can be confusing enrolling and also confusing getting info on certain areas. HR would prefer you going about and figuring things out on your own rather than them answering your questions.
2 weeks vacation, no concept of working from home, medical benefits after one month
Good insurance but can be expensive, 401k offered but company doesn't match
not a lot; really cool they have maternity and paternity but it would be even cooler to have company perks!
