Penta has good insurance options given their size. Penta is a fully remote employer with a modern bring your own device policy and a home office stipend. The company sponsors volunteer opportunities with groups including Habitat for Humanity and Girls Who Code. Penta has a high deductible health insurance plan but offsets the deductible with a generous company-funded HSA program.
