Increasing cost and deductibles. PPO is a good option to give employees some control.

I don't currently have health insurance through Pentair, it's pretty expensive, so I go with my spouses policy and it's all good.

Health insurance at Pentair is very average. It's at the eighty / twenty percent rate that ends up costing the employee more after getting care from a provider than if one didn't have insurance at all, and was paying out of their own pocket.
As with most insurance plans, the deductible was frustrating to have to pay, especially when one has recurring medical issues that never go above it on a yearly basis.
