Overall, the benefits package is robust, and provided at a reasonable cost to the employee. The biggest downside, prior to the acquisition of Penton by Informa, was the absence of a 401k match.
No 401K match at all, which is disappointing today.
Being a PE backed company means the benefits can be pretty bare bones...they have gradually improved, but util this company gets sold it seems like it's going to be so so at best.
Great company to work for.
On par with most companies in this sector and business type.
Best: depending on your manager, some flexibility to work at home. Worst: No company match for 401(k).
There is no 401(k) match.
Good time off. No 401k match.
There is no pension nor 401k offered.
Good health insurance! No 401K Match
