Standard vacation package similar to what you could expect at other companies. No complaints about the vacation amount but not more than you would expect.

Give good vacation time but hard to get out of office more than a week. Hard to take time off on holiday's, but a lot of branches are slow , they end up sending employees home but make you use your own time - Why not let employees have it off and they can schedule family time

  • Jan 04, 2016

There is a law in MA that states you have to give your employees a certain amount of time. The company follows that law and does not allow beyond that. For Full Time employees, they were given additional hours for holidays however Part Timer employees were forced to use their time off for holidays. The company supplied the additional hours however part time was forced to use theirs and Full Time was not.
