Having leave for maternity AND paternity was great. Also the vacation was unlimited with management discretion. This could also be considered a problem since sometimes employees did not take enough vacation while a couple of employees may have taken significantly more. Generous time off vacation that is a fixed amount per year with maximum roll over seems best. Should offer at least 21 days at start.
