Best is vacation and sick time - I received 10 vacation days and 7 sick days right away. Medical, vision and dental are all pretty standard for a company this size. Other than the basics from above and 401K, there isn't much else. We do get a half day every other Friday during the summer, but you have to make up the time, so you aren't really given it... Pepper could have much better benefits if they weren't so stingy on money. If you want a snack in the office, you have to pay for it - they don't provide any snacks or drinks like most companies. Overall, it's okay.
The benefits are above average compared to competing companies. The benefits department did a very good job at explaining all of the different benefits and perks of each benefits.
The company can contribute more than 25% to the dollar for 401k.
