The health insurance is good and the HR department does a good job of informing employees of their benefits so they can take advantage of all that is offered.
I don't remember much about perks. One could get food half-priced in the casino, but the health insurance was poor, time off was difficult to use, and no other benefits existed.
Best thing is that one still exists and they try to make it comparable to the other casinos. The bad thing is that the casino industry as a whole does not have as good of benefits as outside the industry.
