Very limited formal training. Requires your own effort
There are no issues with their Job Training
The company will train you for (4 to 6 weeks) the prepare you for your new role. However, the first six months by yourself is going to be very challenging.
The only problem I saw was they had some inconsistencies like many companies do.
very competitive program based on industry
they are lacking in job training. You are pretty much supposed to figure it out on your own
Basic training, they don't really go too much in depth or care if you're listening which is annoying. They have a lot to get across and they basically skim through the entire process.
if you have an exceptional RSR who is willing to be a mentor to you, great. there are employees there who have 20 years or more and really don't want to take the extra time to help someone out.
A culture with no suficient investment of money to mantain their people trained enogh.
great training it was a easy job stock the soda
