“It is expensive if you have a family and need PPO and they do not provide enough money for frames with the vision insurance.”

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off  (121 comments)

“PTO is decent it is accrued but you can accrue 3 weeks. The medical is good expensive wise if you don't have a family.”

  • 401K Plan  (110 comments)

“Still a solid program overall, but no company match anymore. Ability to draw funds for major purchases is pretty seamless.”

Health insurance is great. 401k match is 4%. Not much else to talk about really. Three weeks vacation starting out.

The best is health insurance & dental insurance The worst is the vacation and the 401k benefits they don’t contribute to your 401k plan. You only get 1 week of vacation till like about 3 years.

Vacation and paid time off would be the best in my opinion. Opportunities would be maternity/paternity leave, pay/salary, childcare and bonus/equity incentive plans for more levels

overall the benefits are very standard to the CPG industry. Great support for volunteering opportunities. I wish we have more vacation days.
