they do have a 401 company match. up to $2000 and only if you stay through the payout period. This one time per year in early march. if you term before they don't match for the previous calendar year. Vacation is not paid and limited on when you can take it. if you take PT or vacation you will get passed over. They make it clear they are looking for lifers that are willing to give up everything for the company.
Insurance is company never heard of. Not a lot of places to use.

Employee + spouse is $298.16 ($350.78 for tobacco user) and same deductible and out of pocket as employee + child(ren). Family coverage is $417.42 (491.09 for tobacco user) and the same deductible and out of pocket as employee + child(ren). 401k is %50 matched by the company. Holiday pay is 1.5 the regular hourly wage. After a year of working you get 40 hours of payed time off each year.
No vaca u til after 1 year. No time off request approved during first year . expensive insurance with lots of holes. 401k match is a joke
Deductable is high but its better than nothing
Health care benefits are sub par. Only consideration was to make sure that the benefits were compliant with health care reform act. Family business and employees were not part of the family
I dont see any problems witht the single benefits
The best thing is the benefits are fairly cheap and decent and the company does offer a match with most of them, but the matches keep decreasing and the raises leave you wanting more.
