The benefits at Perceptive are above average. There are multiple high deductible health care plans to choose from. Lexmark will also contribute to your HSA if certain fitness/health achievements are made. The 401K is great. Lexmark matches 6% if the employee contributes 5% or more to their 401K. The vacation is said to be unlimited, but its truthfully around 3-4 weeks. As long as you give your manager plenty of notice, taking time off isn't an issue.
