Offers catered lunches once a week
- Flexible hours - Remote work - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance - Catered lunch once per week - 401(k), no match
Extraordinarily high healthcare costs, shouldered almost entirely by employees
Not a particularly generous plan for the Bay Area. Relatively high costs for a comprehensive medical plan; no 401(k) match.
No 401k matching, limited dental plans. It was good...but could be better
Snacks are limited, but available and also healthy. Lunch on Wednesdays, with leftovers put out on Thursday. 401k is not matched, health plan is fine, unlimited time off (but eyes are always on you).
Decent benefits package. Some of the things that were offered when I first started (education stipend, (short lived) gym stipend were taken away. All in all - healthcare, dental, medical were decent. We had access to One Medical Group which is a huge plus.
-No matching 401k -Okay choices in Benefits +Citi bike or Bay area Bikeshare membership +Percolate Clubs (health, food, drink, adventure, volunteer) +Stock Options +Provided Lunch on Wednesdays +Stocked snacks, drinks and a ton of Coffee
Love the people, love the pay, love the job!
Open vacation policy, good overall benefits, ability to work from home.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
