Perficient offers less holiday and PTO days off then other major companies. For example, one day off was given for Christmas and one for New Years Day, where some other companies would give at least two days to include Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Some major federal US holidays are not considered holidays at Perficient. If working outside of the US, however, more time off is provided.

3 weeks of PTO is a good amount.
The company standard for vacation is pretty good for entry level - 3 weeks, but non-negotiable for more senior level. Holidays are the basic 6, there are also 4 floating holidays that must be used 1 per quarter. There are NO sick days.
15 days is pretty poor for the industry. 6 holidays (the legal minimum).
4 company holidays per year (usually 1 per quarter), plus 1 per quarter floating holidays, PTO time is fairly standard (15 days to start).
