Working from home was great when projects ran smoothly. However, the work from home benefit was extremely challenging when overtime was required on projects. Then, the work/ life balance leaned hard on the work side on more occasions than imaginable. Off normal work hours were required, including middle of the night, weekend, and holiday work. Most often, overtime was nearly impossible to get compensated for even with the direct managers requests.
No WFH policy for this job.
Perficient has offices which are optional to go into. Some clients may request you to be onsite and travel is required
one of the only good things about working here
Flexibility and the ability to work from home are outstanding.
Able to work from home offices when not on client sites.
Okay flexibility, only available to some. Not to all
Depends mostly on the client. Perficient has no problem per se.
Management is friendly and trusts you.
Started out working on site with option of working from home once a week. Now I moved and work remotely full time.
