    For the family the ppo plan runs for about $730. $500 deductible.

    Tough to find your city's doctors because plan is based in NYC.

    Paying $400 a month for me and my spouse is the cheapest option! And even after that we have to spend at least $4000 out of pocket for the insurance to kick in!

    The EPO (middle of the road) option is a very decent plan. The HSA plan is a bit too risky and the PPO plan is unnecessarily expensive. If you absolutely must have out of network coverage, there are private insurers that offer more competitive packages.
