Full standard package offerings: medical, dental, transportation benefits, 401k
About average for industry standard. 401K match could be better.
Best Benefits- Summer work hours, flexible work hours. Worst Benefits- Bonuses paid almost a year after they are earned. 401 K 1% match
PTO and sick time are in the same pool. Doesn't really follow the spirit of San Francisco law of having dedicated sick time. Otherwise PTO hours are good for industry. 401k match is basically nothing. Healthcare match is not great either.
Good Benifit package, a little pricey.
The company pays for employees short-term disability insurance. Great perk for pregnant women, who can get up to 9 weeks of maternity leave paid at 60% of your salary. Associates get 22 PTO days of vacations/sick/personal, max of 27 PTO days after 10 years of employment.
very expensive medical plan($250/month to be exact), they just recently increased 401K matching from 20 to 25 percent which still is very small comparing to some other firms, no bonus if you are not titled( at lease it takes 3 years to become associate)
Average benefits... 17 days PTO for combined Personal/Sick/Vacation. Health, dental, vision, and 401k program offered. For some, professional memberships are covered, as well as mobile phone reimbursement.
The benefits are what you would expect from a large firm, nothing over the top but perfectly satisfactory.
So far. Perkins Eastman has great benefit for the employees
