Best benefit- free bagels on Monday (sarcasm intended) Benefits are probably one of the worst ones I have come across. No bonuses after immense profits year after year! All we get is a 250$ gift card in December! Medical and dental plans are one of the worsts anyone could have! 401 K is also another joke!
While Perkins Eastman does offer a discounted parking pass, it still costs roughly $55 a month. They also offer a reimbursement plan to allow employees to pay for commuting fares (parking, train, etc) using pre-tax dollars. This, ultimately still comes out of your paycheck, however.
Decent 401k and match, fair PTO, health care is quite costly due to NYC base.
