P+W offers 15 PTO days for employees with 1-5 years at the company, and a fairly ok retirement plan . Health insurance could be better
decent health benefits for myself, 401k could be better
Benefits include great vision insurance .
Best thing is the stipend for commuting. The health insurance isn't great, and 401k match is paltry.
Good health coverage, 401K match, and offers paternal leave.
491k, personal floating holidays, 3 workweek paid vacation
Good benefits and vacation. Health insurance is somewhat expensive overall.
Benefits are plenty! A $750/year towards professional development, study materials and tools for ARE exams and LEED exams. Access to many online learning tools etc.
It was all pretty standard. The 401k program, health insurance and PTO. Very similar to other similar sized companies. I did not receive a bonus, nor did anyone else mention getting a bonus. This was in a couple of year period where the company was in financial trouble.
A lot of wellness insentives and ability to work remotely! However PTO is sparse.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
