Our programs are tailored to support the needs of our employees and their families. We recognize the value of a diverse workforce and therefore include coverage for domestic partners and the children of domestic partners for our eligible employees.
The health and wellbeing of our employees is very important to us. We foster a culture of health through health fairs, and programs and activities that support healthy nutrition and exercise.
We encourage our employees to act as ambassadors of our brands. To support this effort, eligible employees over the age of 21 have a product allowance to promote our brands with friends and family.

Product allowance based on level within the organization. Every full-time employees gets $$$ to buy the product at bars, restaurants, or liquors and then expense it! Also, the company has great 401k, medical/dental/vision, and vacation time. "Agile working" is also an amazing benefit. It's a lot like 'work from home' except less formal.
A nice benefits package, with all the basics, covered
The benefits are pretty much on par with other places in the industry. They took away pensions a few years ago.
Standard benefits. Office is closed during the week between Christmas and New Year's. Summer Fridays and product allowance are nice.
Competitive but expensive benefits package.
Good health care + benefits offered based on position
Great allowance to buy the products and generous T&E policy.
Overall, an above average plan. Health coverage is good but premiums keep climbing.
The benefits package covering health, dental, vision, disability, short term, long term leave, 401K are very competitive similar to other Fortune 100 companies. Vacation starts at 2 weeks (plus one week paid time off from Christmas to New Years for non-sales, salaried employees).
