    They offer health insurance, life insurance, 401k matching, law services, dental, vision, aflac. The insurance premiums are pretty high and they recently changed to a different insurance, which my doctor doesn't accpept.

    Very generous benefits packages. Comparable to most large companies with a 401k with a 3 year fully vested plan. Offers many health packages with great rates with them picking up a lot of the expenses.. Vacations days based on years worked with 2 weeks paid after only working there for one year. 6 paid sick/personal days.

    The best perk is your employee discount of 30%. The discount is 50% off if it is acceptable to wear to work.

    No company perks, just monotonous corporate setting, didn't offer much at all. Health benefits mediocre. Less offered here than other companies.

    You get all the benefits standard to a typical company but the insurance deals are brokered through family and friends of family of the owners so the rates are not competitive and actually very expensive. They're also broken by a certain salary amount instead of by percentage so if you make the amount of that line you will pay as much as the CEO who makes millions while someone earning just $100 less pays as much as someone working for minimum wage. Also at 5 years you earn an extra week vacation (3 weeks) but you don't get any thing for 10 years and have to wait until 20 years to get an additional week of vacation after that. What's that about? 401K has no company match so why opt for it? Another reason to leave for the competitors Employee discoutn is dismal, sample sales are overpriced, company is cheap and will try to profit off of even free samples they are given by manufacturers and are missing buttons and stuff. Not a perk at all when you know what other brands and retailers offer.
