Great company, lots of benefits, good
A pay check Health insurance was promised but had not been delivered a year after hiring One week vacation after a year of employment and it doesn’t roll over
There isn’t one. You only get it if you work full time, they will NEVER give you full time. Employee discount is enough to remove taxes, job training is done by clueless kids,
You get a .25 raise after 3 months.
10% discount on everything in store, 30% on store brands food and treats They offer expensive insurance No PTO for part time and low for full time No sick or vacation days for full-time employees
There are no benefits at all. They don’t give you any information on anything like that.
You get paid vacation time. They also offer a health care plan. Unfortunately no 401k is available.
I love the fact that the schedules are so flexible, and that after a year of being full-time, you are given a week of paid vacation. However, insurance packages are extremely expensive, and I've had to forgo them. Employees regardless of status or seniority are offered a 10% discount for purchases under $50, and at-cost on purchases over $50.
The job is great, it's relaxed and the managers are easy going, but if you're anything other than supervisor or manager, you get min wage and that's all.
Not many perks for part time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
