No discounts on grocery brand foods and treats. Free use of the self-dog wash.
Most key holders are on a part time position , so no PTO , sick , or vacation time is acquired . They do have a 401k program
There are no benefits if you work part time, aside from product training and a hefty employee discount on their own brand of food. But no paid time off is a ridiculous thing not to offer, even part time.
Benefits high price for what they are
The ones they have are okay but laking in alot that help our future. If they do not want to invest in my future, why should my future be with them. (0.5% 401K match for example)
They have full benefits for full time employees, which is really only managers. The discounts are nice and it is good to have insurance available but it is very limited who they supply it to.
Super expensive, higher than most places. Isn't great when it comes to what it covers Nd put of pocket is high. 401k is just stock investment which isn't great.
I don't recieve any benefits other than an employee discount. The training is very in depth and helpful. If we give notice in advanced we can recieve unpaid time off, but other than that vacation days are not something we usually recieve.
There is absolutely NO work-life balance,you never have a day off and they literally work you into the ground. The amount of stress they put on you is absurd when you get little to no help from the corporate office.
The health insurance is expensive but the plans are actually really decent. 401k is automatic and you don't have a choice in the amount so that is my only negative review
