Package was originally good, but went downhill in the last couple of years. Not sure that was the company's fault, but inefficient HR managers certainly didn't help the situation.
Basic health and 401K benefits offered. It would have been nice if there were more offered like a bonus program or more paid holidays.
the 401k is a joke, poorly managed, and the health and dental got changed mid year...great for family planning right? way too expensive.
The best thing is that the Health Benefits offer Blue Cross Blue Shield with no referral needed to see specialists plus a Flexible Spending Account with a carry over option.
The employee discount is beneficial if your a pet owner. And employee health insurance is available, although it is expensive. But we get barely any paid holidays (I think all we get are the days the are required to give us by law). The 401k company match is pretty pathetic. They try to lure you in with promises of a "bonus program" when your hired, but the company isnt financially healthy, so bonuses have never been paid out, at least in the time Ive been there. And their VERY stingy with vacation time.
Expensive insurance, one week vacation
Health insurance is very expensive; time off and holidays are minimal. Nothing fun ever happens--company events are family-oriented and typically alcohol-free. Telework only offered to management, not entire company. No early closures, or company happy hours, or anything that would make it a hip place to work. Tuition assistance very low.
Comprehensive medical and dental plans.
Cost so much and the vacation time is a joke. Sick time is earn it and lose it if you do not use it.
Health care and dental care were fair.
