Generous paid time off for all partners after one year with higher amounts on fifth and tenth anniversary but good luck using it if you are in any leadership role. This is especially true of store leaders.

Starting PTO after 1 yr is awesome and it only gets better as you stay with the company. One of the main reasons I have stayed for so long.

4 + weeks of Paid Time Off after 10 years of service. Paid Time is accrued based on the amount of hours you work.

We get a decent amount of time off however we have a use it or lose it policy which I think is unfair as many of us are doing project work which doesn't always allow for us to take time off. I would like to see us be able to maintain our time off up to a certain cap at least.

PTO and Sick leave offered are reasonable, but the company forces employees to take the week of Christmas off, burning through a substantial portion of that which does not renew until anniversary hire date. 6 paid holidays when comparable corporate offices usually offers 8.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager of Vendor Performance in San Diego, California

PTO begins day one in the corporate office. It is 3 weeks. There is no sick leave. You're free to use your time as you see fit.

I know that they do offer both vacation and paid time off, but I am unsure of the details because I have not been with the company long enough and I am not yet eligible for either one at this time.
