We get a decent amount of time off however we have a use it or lose it policy which I think is unfair as many of us are doing project work which doesn't always allow for us to take time off. I would like to see us be able to maintain our time off up to a certain cap at least.
PTO and Sick leave offered are reasonable, but the company forces employees to take the week of Christmas off, burning through a substantial portion of that which does not renew until anniversary hire date. 6 paid holidays when comparable corporate offices usually offers 8.
PTO begins day one in the corporate office. It is 3 weeks. There is no sick leave. You're free to use your time as you see fit.
I know that they do offer both vacation and paid time off, but I am unsure of the details because I have not been with the company long enough and I am not yet eligible for either one at this time.
California Sick Days are counted as part of your PTO, instead of being supplemental. 120 hours total with the sick pay for anyone who is full time and hourly. More is given after a certain number of years.
Bare minimum and it takes a long time to grow into a fair vacation package. Management is not good about putting in vacation hours.
You can get paid out for PTO if you leave
For corporate (depends on your level) it's 2 weeks vacation that starts on day 1 and renews on your hire anniversary date. In California they have to pay you out your PTO when you leave the company.
Paid time off starts off with about 24-30 hours starting and goes up every year. This is amazing and can be used as soon as you are employed and trained.
Generous pto with some rollover allowed
