PTO is probably the most fair thing this company does for it's employees.
Very nice when you have it to use, but being able to use it when you need to can be a problem. Which is not supposed to handle for a benefit.
Vacation time is paid for time off and you have the flexibility to choose how you want to take it.
Petco does groomer PTO right, now. Your PTO hourly wage is calculated based off of your average total income for the rolling 12 months, as opposed to your lower hourly wage. Partners get 18 days of PTO at the 1 year mark.
You get about two weeks off. I like that if you do not use those days off you can get paid for them.

Get 140 hours a year but not allowed to take between November and January.
