100% paid health and dental insurances. I opted for a PPO plan for $50/month. 3 weeks PTO, free snacks, occasional weekly lunches from partners and/or clients, 401k is decent, work-from-home is okay as long as you get your work done. Mobile data/device reimbursements, commute expense reimbursements. Great company to work for!

The employer HSA contribution is the best part of the health insurance package!

Pretty competitive benefits and activities for service firms expecting lots of overtime, including good insurance coverage for employees but very expensive to add family members.

Good pto, but offset by expensive and below average insurance. Throw in a poor 401k match and it’s a pretty mediocre benefits package. Some nice other perks, but these things specifically feel largely below the rest of the industry.

Generous time off is offered, and adequate health insurance is offered. Health insurance is free to employees, but this is offset by the premiums charged family members. While not bad, feels a little middle of the road and kind of expensive.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior in Seattle, Washington State

The Company has good health insurance and generous paid time off available to employees. For accounting professionals annual paid time off ranges is about 4 to 5 weeks.

Generous time off, great insurance package, lots of other benefits (parties, events, etc)

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Seattle, Washington State

Pretty standard benefits package across the industry aside from the low employee contributions for retirement plans.

Peterson Sullivan offers a well-rounded benefits package, including many extra perks that you won't find elsewhere.
