Health Insurance Package, Life insurance, Dental, Vision, Packages
PGS has a very good benefits package. An employee's insurance is fully paid and the cost to cover dependents is relatively low. 401(k) contributions are the standard 3%/4% and employees earn four weeks of vacation after only five years.
Best part of the benefits package was the health insurance.
All the benefits are good, but health insurance provided is very good with low premiums.
Best- Good health care options Worst- No 9/80's
Competitive 401k and health and dental insurance. Paid vacation. Professionally positive environment with less office politics.
Good healthcare though coverage keeps reducing. 401k not performing too well. Complicated bonus schemebonusscheme. Less than standard paid vacation days.
Benefits are over ok but not stellar. 401k match could be better. Pay scale better.
Time off when needed was very fair. Vacations were never an issue. The benefits package was good originally before they went to a 401(k). But they do contribute to the 401.
The benefits package is very generous in comparison to other Austin, TX "high tech" employers.
