Multiple health insurance plans to fit any budget. 401k is better than most. Vacation time is rough for new EEs but leaders will work with new EEs to approve days off if they don't yet have vacation time.
Paid vacation Paid holidays 40 hours vacation
The health, medical and dental benefits were pretty good. I believe they were with BlueCross. The 401K plan was amazing.
Current medical, 401k, and life insurance packages are great. Plenty of affordable options to fit your family size.
401k is maximum allowable vesting by law 5 years. Health insurance is expensive. You are given a base amount to travel per job. 25$ was paid to you to travel but SGS charged the customers more and kept the money. They give you a week paid off which amounts to half of a weeks pay.
Health insurance has several options ranging between a ridiculously high deductible plan to a very low deductible "choice" plan. All are affordable. Vision available, dental available.
Great Insurance, the best you can get. Bonuses, those are determined by the management and given specifically to their buddies. If you're not in their 'Click' don't expect anything except harassment and abuse. You do receive a $20 box of pecans for Christmas for the year long Hell you'll go thru.
Company offers 401k, insurance, voluntary short term disability. Horrible vacation package. No vacation days first year of employment. Prorated the second year. Expect less than 30 hours vacation your second year in.
They do match you dollar for dollar on 401k. Our health benefits are horrible unless you want to pay over $200 per check.
You only have 40 hours of vacation time you first 4 years.
