Being part-time and being able to contribute to a 401K is a great benefit. The fact that the company will match 9%, after you have worked 1000 hours, is an added bonus.
No benefits at all for employees unless you're the assistant, or store manager. No PTO, or holiday pay. On the bright side, you're not expected to work major holidays. Employees are also given a 20% discount on everything in the store.
High dectible with united Healthcare .. does not help you with anything unless you go in the hospital
The health care was awful. United Heathcare is basically a scam. There was no one in network within 40 miles of my home except some random foot doctor.
There were no benefits. The most they did was pay for the employees to have a chistmas dinner at a nearby Texas Roadhouse.
It's a very well-rounded benefits package, with 401K, health insurance, PTO, 20% employee discounts
As a part time employee, you are entitled to absolutely no benefits, no vacations or anything of the sort. Understandably so for a part time employee though.
great health packages including vision and dental sometimes pricey but worth it with a large famely
No health benefits but did have a 20% discount and was able to to groom and bathe our own animals. Have no idea what they are for management
I only listed the benefits available to me as a part-timer. Full Timers get insurance and retirement options as well.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
