Excellent benefits package! There is an automatic employer %, and there is an additional % match to what the employee puts in. Health and dental are also excellent. Plus, short term and long term disability.

Great paid time off (except family leave is mediocre - 6 weeks paid), excellent 401k, 2:1 match on charitable donations

Best: free employee health insurance, very competitive rates for spouse/family insurance, 3 use or lose personal days and 9 use or lose sick days on top of generous leave, $500 organization contribution to HSA, 3% organization contribution to 401K and up to 6% 401K match (up to 9% employer contribution) Worst: limited maternity leave - both maternity and paternity get 6 (or 8 with cesarean) weeks of paid leave through short term disability.

Outstanding benefits - great salary retirement match and 2 to 1 on nonprofit contributions

They have a great 401K plan. They automatically add 6% from day one and will match up to another 6%. You are fully vested after year one. Dental insurance for you and your family for free from day one. Good health insurance option, free or low cost; family can be covered after 3 months.

Bar none, the $2k annual wellness benefit. Join a gym, take a class, get massages, etc. Everything else is on the high end of standard benefits, but this was awesome.
