    Decent matching and decent employer contributions, especially if you have longevity as contributions are based on age and years of service. Problem with match is it’s with Pfizer stock, which has been free falling lately and flat most of the last 20 yr. tip: transfer it out to other investments ASAP. Self directed brokerage thankfully an option.

    They had a match which had just been upped a significant amount after I left. They did this to compensate for the loss of the defined benefit pension which was phased out.
