Very good work culture. Working with very talented people. beautiful campus. Excellent facilities
excellent benefits at a reasonable price
Best in class benefits.
you have good benefit choices for your family. Some offices offer onsite back up child care which is helpful.
As compared to many other companies Pfizer has some of the best benefits. Great time off, sick policy, and 401k matching. The health insurance plans are pretty good as well.
Salary, bonus, 401K and long term incentive (stock options) and Christmas shut down are great; Starts with 3 weeks vacation and one had to work for 10 years to get the 4th week (which these days is a miracle); parking is free and always available, however, the space and furniture at Andover site needs to be modernized. Sadly company tries to pinch pennies here and there (styrofoam cups and plates in cafeteria ..).
Good pay, great company to work for
Average for a US phatma. Three weeks vacation plus week of Christmas. You have to wait 10 years for an extra week. I see some reviews say they get another week after 5 years which seems like there may be some unfair policies per department.
good coverage for health insurance, but out-of-pocket payment increases
Healthcare benefits provided are great and include dental and vision plans as well as different plan styles (HMO, PPO, etc.), providers, and packages. For a single male under 30 the payments are great. The only downfall seems to be the prescription plan. Co-pays for prescriptions are slightly high, but not at all unaffordable ($20/ script). This works out well for those who do not have to take medication often. It may be better to choose a different prescription plan than mine.
