You get (in my case) two days a week to work from home, which gives you the flexibility for MD appointments, etc.
They allow you to work from home but on the premise you put in more hours of work.
There are little opportunities to work from home. Upper Management gives the impression they don't trust that you are working.
Phacil asks you work a minimum of 40 hours a week as it should. Working from home is allowed and that's positive.
