Time off up to 80 hours rolls over to next calendar year. HSA with employer contributions.
Benefits are average. The deductibles are fairly high . We are not allowed to take unpaid time off for any reason. and if you need a day and don't have PTO you are penalized and receive a point and possible write up. It should be our choice to lose time.
Health insurance options were abysmal. Almost all options were overpriced high deductible / HSA plans with poor coverage. I paid more for healthcare while working at this company than any other in my career. Very few paid holidays (6 at the time I was there). 401K and vacation/paid time off were average.
poor pharmacy management work long hours
expensive and high deduct - minor changes year over year
If you work over 30 hours you get benefits. Life insurance, health benefits, dental and vision, short term long term benefits, etc. really great benefits altogether
Great benefit package. 401k match
Good PTO and 401k. Benefits average but better than others
I moved across town and got 25 days a year of PTO, a better health insurance plan with a lower deductible for $4,000 less per year in premiums, and an extensive suite of other benefits. My new company also offers 11 weeks' 100% paid maternity leave, 4 weeks' 100% paid paternity leave, paid volunteer days, a sabbatical after 5 years, and fully paid disability insurance. In other words, many companies offer far, far better than what you get here. Worst part is they act like you should be falling all over yourself with gratitude for what you get.
this is best healthcare company
