“the doctor i see is in the highest plan network and i still have to pay out of pocket for regular and necessary appointments”
“the company matches 5% of what you put in, there are representatives to help build you plan to fit your needs”
Good Insurance and 401K benefits
No paid holidays, no vacation days, and no PTO in first 6 months. Treated worse than a contractor.
Best vacation can be 20 days if you work 10 years
No base raise per year. Health Insurance was expensive. There was not any rules for raises or promotions.
the benefits are minimum and due to the small private company it is expensive, there are lots of networks so be sure your doctor is covered in the limited networks
401K, Christmas Vacation time are good. Health Insurance is getting way too expensive. No Bonuses currently.
I didn't use the benefits but I hear that they are expensive. Company covers almost all of the copy however.
410k matching and vacation time are both quite low. Insurance premiums are high.
Insurance deductible is paid for by the employer. Co-pay is not bad. The retirement plan is decent also.
Its not a great benefit package however ypu do have it as an option the employer contributes a good amount to your deductible. Theres health dental and vision as well as life insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
