Plenty of overtime and generous 401k. Could use paid sick days and comp day options. Diversity seems to be an issue since almost everyone hired is a non white.

The benefits are getting worse. Less is being offered. The union is in house so you are not protected from any changes that may occur. Education reimbursement it terrible. Most likely you will not get promoted to do anything else so the company does not invest in education any more
Company profit sharing program is good.
