It's expensive until you hit the deductible.
High deductibles, high co-pay. Office visit typically charges $300, reimbursement is $60 so you pick up the rest. Good if something goes catastrophically wrong though and have to visit an ER.
High deductible plan is very expensive. (They do contribute $1000 to HSA if you sign up for HSA though)

Travel Policy - it's awful. $40 max for dinner. Economy class regardless of where you're travelling (22h to China and still economy class)
