Employer Summary

Find yourself rewarded and fulfilled in surprising ways

It goes without saying that we offer reward packages that are comprehensive, competitive, performance-based and global. Our reward package typically includes your base salary, short term incentives, but can also include long-term incentives for key and management roles, as well as benefit packages.

Rewards also go way beyond money too. Our packages include dynamic career opportunities and personal and professional development and we are internationally recognized as an employer that offers state-of-the-art rewards which reflect changing business and market circumstances. To make sure that our rewards remain competitive and market-leading, we regularly benchmark all aspects of our programs. And of course, we focus our innovation efforts internally too to create packages that reward our people in new and motivating ways.

And we know it’s important that everyone feels fairly positioned and motivated. In the interests of internal equity, we use a comprehensive job grading approach where we assess (amongst other factors) the business and financial scope, the impact of a position, its complexity, the key challenges and the required know-how and competencies required to fulfill the positon. We do this by making use of a pre-defined set of differentiating factors for positions in businesses, markets and functional disciplines."

Many health plan options but there are employers with better family pricing and coverage. 401k matching, paid sick time and time off is adequate for new employees and great for long term employees.

Recently pulled the plug on child college scholarships. Good health care coverage, but copayments, deductibles add up unless you pick a high end plan. Good work/life balance. Great cafeteria onsite, also a credit union ATM.
