We do this by making use of a pre-defined set of differentiating factors for positions in businesses, markets and functional disciplines."

    You pay and Philips matches 50%. There is no retirement plan though unless you're an upper-level executive.

Many health plan options but there are employers with better family pricing and coverage. 401k matching, paid sick time and time off is adequate for new employees and great for long term employees.

Recently pulled the plug on child college scholarships. Good health care coverage, but copayments, deductibles add up unless you pick a high end plan. Good work/life balance. Great cafeteria onsite, also a credit union ATM.
