7% 401k contribution match
Many health plan options but there are employers with better family pricing and coverage. 401k matching, paid sick time and time off is adequate for new employees and great for long term employees.
Good benefits, great health insurance
401k plan maximum 6% matching. Health insurance plan is good. Vacation is good.
Recently pulled the plug on child college scholarships. Good health care coverage, but copayments, deductibles add up unless you pick a high end plan. Good work/life balance. Great cafeteria onsite, also a credit union ATM.
Great Benefits for Full time employees
Worst: healthcare is high-deductible plan (expensive), other benefits not competitive with companies in Boston area.
