    Vacation and paid time off is standard. I believe because of a new federal law a few years back, sick-time was added so that is a benefit as well.

    Pretty generous time-off policy but it has gotten a little more restrictive over time (sick days now count toward days off).

    You start with 15 days plus 4 days floating holidays. If you don't start in Jan those amounts get prorated (75% if you start in April). No vacation rolls over, but you are encouraged to use it all. Sick time is 7 days per year, and up to 5 will roll over (you can have a bank of 10 sick days at a time, then you stop earning)
