The company has a decent 401k match
Great benefit plan with flexible work schedule.
Great retirement benefits including pension, 8% 401k match, and additional 401k profit sharing.
401K match is great plus a pention
They finally upped their support of families with 16 weeks of parental leave. They also have adoption support which has been great for many of my colleagues the past few years.
Best thing is competitive with other majors.
Vacation policy was relatively generous.
19/30 or 9/80 work schedule.
Very competitive 401k match and pension
It was good pay, unsafe conditions but things have changed
