Lots of PTO, a total number you allocate to sick, personal or vacation days as you like. We have had off between Christmas and NYEs comped by the company for the last year years!
Good health & dental coverage with minimal employee contribution.
Health insurance was excellent. Vacation days are higher than average (I started with 15). There's no matching 401K though which really is sad.
that it exists it doesn't really cover anything - unaffordable - to very expensive for what it is. Yes there are PTO days, but mostly for being sick. Can't take real vacations. Expect you to always be available by email and phone. Nights weekends. Poor IT. Can't remotely connect. Not a family friendly place at all. Don't make enough money to contribute to 401 k plan.
