    High deductible is great for those who don't really visit the doctor often but want the coverage in case of emergency...the company HSA contribution/match is quite good and can offset any small one off expenses. Also there is brand new very generous tuition reimbursement/scholarship for children of employees!

    Smaller company that offers benefits mostly in line with larger companies. High deductible insurance but some incentives to reduce deductibles.

    Our only choice for health care is a high deductible plan so any small expense you might have falls directly on you. Make sure to put money in your HSA.

    The best part is they treat interns with respect, and they even take you on company outings, especially if interning in the summer!

    The medical package is mediocre, at best. It only pays for preventative care and some of the guidelines for dental don't make sense (for example, they will partially pay for you to get a cavity filled but not for you to get a sealant put on a tooth to prevent the cavity - even though the sealant is cheaper).
