Great employee benefits and 401k matching
Great benefit package. If you take your child to a PCH provider, PCH will pay the first $500!
Family medical/dental/vision is very affordable and offers seven reasonable tiers of coverage through United Healthcare/Metlife/VSP. Tuition reimbursement is a bit difficult to successfully attain, many have tried and been denied even is conditions were fully met.
At PCH you get the normal benefits, plus 401K . The benefits have changed a couple times in 6 years and they aren't as good as they used to be. More out of pocket costs.
Awesome 401(k) plan, options for health insurance
Health benefits are great but fmla policy is a bit ridiculous, you can't force a significant other to wait until you have been at the job a year for them to get sick. Other than fmla benefits are good!! Paid time off, health, dental, vision, 401k
Benefits include Health/dental, education assistance, employer paid life insurance
Best is that they have a very fair benefits package, especially compared to others I have seen. Worst is that it can always be better.
Company has good working environment, good benefits and good salary around $95K, but it has bad schedule with no flexible hours (8-5) and you will notify by manager even for 5 minutes late.
Compensation is lower than other hospitals around. The 401k is competitive matching at 4%, UHC choice plus for medical and MetLife for dental offered a decent insurance coverage with low premiums. I was overall pleased with the benefits, I would have just preferred to be making a more competitive salary, especially with experience as a nurse.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
