    You are not payed during the online training. You are learning specific things that you use on the job, so you should be payed during this time.

    I rate PhysAssist as neutral due to recent changes. Up until a year ago, PhysAssist had the best training model in the business. The scribes were given learning material online, were flown to a mock-emergency department for training, and had live, in person training. This has since been changed to an online only model which, quite frankly, has removed any learning from training.

    The Exams ensure you know your Medical Terminology so that you can succeed. You must study to be successful.
